The “Automatic Subscription” or “Future Enrollment Benefit” offered by GVISION AND CAREERS (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED operating under the brand name Global Vision and Careers (“Company”) is a complimentary, goodwill-based, non-paid benefit and shall not be construed as a contractual obligation, paid service, statutory right, or guaranteed entitlement under any law.
Nature of Subscription
- The Subscription is purely discretionary and provided as a value-added courtesy benefit, not as a purchased product or assured deliverable.
- The Subscription does not create employer–employee, recruitment, immigration, or placement liability on the Company.
- The Subscription cannot be demanded as a legal right by the Client.
Company’s Absolute Rights
The Company shall have sole, exclusive, and unconditional discretion to:
- Cancel, suspend, withdraw, or discontinue the subscription at any time.
- Modify eligibility criteria, benefits, or scope without prior notice.
- Refuse or disqualify any client from availing subscription benefits.
- Limit the number of services or duration offered under subscription.
- Reject service requests due to operational, legal, commercial, or staffing limitations.
Such decisions shall be final and binding and shall not be subject to dispute, refund, compensation, or legal claim.
Service Availability Limitation
Subscription benefits shall be subject to service availability and internal operational feasibility. The Company shall not be liable to provide subscription benefits in the following situations, including but not limited to:
- Non-availability of trained staff, consultants, or operational teams.
- Discontinuation of a service category.
- Change in government regulations, visa laws, or immigration policies.
- Market shutdowns, bans, or restrictions.
- Third-party partner unavailability.
- Force Majeure events (pandemics, natural disasters, wars, policy bans, economic recession, etc.).
Payment-Related Conditions
- Subscription benefits cover only process fee discounts, not embassy fees, government fees, documentation charges, or third-party payments.
- If the Client fails, refuses, or delays mandatory payments, the Company reserves full right to deny or cancel subscription benefits.
- No service shall commence without applicable fees, irrespective of subscription eligibility.
Non-Transferability & Non-Monetary Value
- Subscription benefits are non-transferable, non-assignable, and non-saleable.
- Benefits cannot be exchanged for cash, refund, or credit.
- Subscription does not hold independent monetary value.
Conduct & Compliance
The Company may immediately revoke subscription eligibility if the Client:
- Engages in abusive, defamatory, or threatening behavior.
- Posts misleading or damaging online reviews without factual basis.
- Attempts chargebacks, payment reversals, or financial disputes.
- Violates agreement terms or company policies.
No Guarantee Clause
The Subscription does not guarantee:
- Job interviews
- Job offers
- Sponsorships
- Visas
- Immigration approvals
- Course admissions
- Employer responses
Consumer Forum & Legal Limitation
The Client expressly acknowledges that:
- Subscription is a free goodwill benefit, not a paid service.
- Cancellation or non-availability shall not constitute deficiency of service.
- No claims for compensation, damages, or refund shall arise solely due to subscription denial or withdrawal.
- The Company’s decision regarding subscription shall be final, non-negotiable, and legally binding.

If a Client requests Visa Processing under Subscription and:
- The Company does not have an active visa team, or
- The Client refuses to pay embassy/government charges, or
- Regulations change,
The Company retains full right to deny or cancel the subscription benefit without liability.
