Employer sponsorship means the company you are hired by formally supports your work visa or work permit application in their country. Without sponsorship, many countries will not issue you a work visa even if you have a job offer. Some countries (like the UK, Canada via certain programs, Germany, and others) have structured sponsorship pathways. We identify companies that actively offer this and target them specifically in our applications on your behalf.
This program is for professionals who are serious about relocating abroad with employer sponsorship — not just exploring. It works best for people with at least 1–2 years of professional experience in a marketable industry (IT, healthcare, engineering, finance, hospitality, etc.) who have a specific target country in mind. The program is structured as a 6-month guided program. Phase 1 (career marketing and employer outreach) runs throughout. Phase 2 (interview support and visa guidance) activates when you are shortlisted and when you receive an offer. If the assurance option for a 5-month extension is triggered, the program continues beyond 6 months at no extra charge.

Yes. This program is open to professionals based in India as well as those who are already abroad and want to move to a new country with sponsorship. Your current visa situation, country, and target country will be discussed in the consultation call to confirm the right approach for your specific case.
You choose one of two protection options: (1) a 50% refund of the service process fee, or alternatively, swapping into other services of equivalent value such as Visa & Immigration guidance or Career Services — OR — (2) a free 5-month extension of the Reverse Recruiting support at no extra process fee. No. We provide guidance, documentation checklists, process explanation, and support in communicating with your employer’s HR for the sponsorship process. The visa application itself is submitted by you and your employer as required by the respective embassy or immigration authority. All government fees, embassy charges, and third-party costs are paid directly by you — these are not included in our service fee.
