PAYMENT, REFUND, AND CANCELLATION POLICY

1. INTRODUCTION

1.1 This Payment, Refund, and Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) governs all payments made by clients (“User”, “You”, or “Your”) to GVISION AND CAREERS (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED (operating under the brand name “Global Vision and Careers”) (“Company”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”) for services offered through the Company’s website https://globalvisionandcareers.com/ or through any authorised offline channel.

1.2 This Policy shall be read together with the Company’s [Terms and Conditions], [Privacy Policy], and the specific Service Agreement or Package Agreement executed between the User and the Company.

1.3 By making any payment to the Company, the User acknowledges having read, understood, and agreed to this Policy in full.

2. PAYMENT TERMS

2.1 All service fees, taxes, and charges shall be communicated in writing before payment, either through the Website, formal proposal, or confirmed email.

2.2 All payments shall be made only through authorised and secure channels, including:

  • UPI, credit/debit card, net banking, or digital wallet (via RBI-approved gateways); or
  • Direct bank transfer as per the official invoice.

2.3 Payments once made are deemed final, non-transferable, and subject to the Service Agreement’s terms.

2.4 Upon successful transaction, an invoice or payment confirmation shall be issued to the User’s registered email address.

2.5 All fees are subject to applicable GST and other statutory levies.

3. NON-REFUNDABLE SERVICES

3.1 Unless expressly stated otherwise in a written Service Agreement or Package Terms, all payments made to the Company are strictly non-refundable and non-adjustable under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

 (a) change of mind or personal withdrawal by the User;

 (b) rejection or delay by third-party authorities (universities, employers, embassies);

 (c) dissatisfaction due to subjective expectations; or

 (d) incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the User.

3.2 The Company does not authorise or entertain oral or informal refund commitments. Only written contractual terms shall prevail.

3.3 The User expressly waives any right to demand refunds based on verbal assurances, online representations, or third-party claims.

4. PACKAGE-SPECIFIC REFUND ELIGIBILITY

4.1 Certain premium or special packages may carry limited refund provisions, governed exclusively by the written Service Agreement or Package Terms.

4.2 Such terms shall specify eligibility, quantum, and process of refund, if any, and shall override all other general statements.

4.3 No partial or discretionary refunds shall be made beyond the scope of the signed agreement.

5. CANCELLATION POLICY

5.1 By the User:

 (a) A User may cancel services only as permitted under the corresponding Service Agreement.

 (b) Once service delivery, documentation, or processing has commenced, the User remains liable for full fees, and no refund shall be issued unless explicitly agreed in writing.

5.2 By the Company:

 (a) The Company reserves the right to cancel or postpone services in exceptional cases, including technical issues, resource limitations, or force majeure events.

 (b) Any refund or credit arising from such cancellation shall be processed strictly per the Service Agreement.

5.3 Force Majeure:

 The Company shall not be liable for any delay, suspension, or cancellation of services arising from events beyond its reasonable control, such as natural calamities, pandemics, regulatory changes, or technological failure.

6. CLIENT ADVISORY

Users are strongly advised to:

  • Carefully read and understand the Service Agreement before making any payment;
  • Seek clarification regarding refund eligibility for the specific package chosen; and
  • Retain copies of payment acknowledgements and communications for reference.

7. NO GUARANTEE OR ASSURANCE

7.1 The Company provides professional consultancy and facilitation services only and does not guarantee:

 (a) admission into any institution;

 (b) employment or job placement;

 (c) visa or immigration approval; or

 (d) specific outcomes or timelines.

7.2 All results depend upon independent third-party authorities beyond the Company’s control.

8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

8.1 Any dispute relating to payments, refunds, or cancellations shall first be raised under the [Grievance Redressal Policy].

8.2 If unresolved, it shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, before a sole arbitrator appointed by mutual consent, seated in Hyderabad, Telangana, and conducted in English.

8.3 Subject to arbitration, courts at Hyderabad, Telangana shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

9.1 The Company’s aggregate liability shall not exceed the actual amount of fees paid by the User for the specific service in question.

9.2 The Company shall not be responsible for any consequential, indirect, or speculative loss, including loss of opportunity or reputation.

10. DATA PROTECTION

10.1 All payment-related information is processed in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and the Company’s [Privacy Policy].

10.2 Transactions are routed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways, and no full card or UPI data is stored by the Company.

11. AMENDMENT

The Company reserves the right to amend this Policy at any time. Any updates will be published on the Website, and continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
